During the first year of your warranty, we will cover all costs associated with replacing any parts that need to be replaced. We offer DHL door-to-door air service to ensure that you receive your replacement parts as quickly as possible.
During the second year of your warranty, we will continue to cover the cost of repairs and replacement parts. However, if we need to send replacement parts to you, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
If the issue is minor, our engineers will assist you through video calling to guide you or your clients through the repair process step-by-step. If the issue requires replacing internal parts, we can ship the necessary parts to your country from our factory, and the shipping time via DHL will be no more than one week.
Training
To help you get the most out of your product, we provide a user manual and installation and operation instruction videos. We also offer online video calling training through WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom, or FaceTime. Our showroom has machines, and we can guide you through the process step-by-step while you have your machine on hand.
